The team speaks English. The folder is in Dutch.

In many kitchens in the Netherlands the working language is a mix. The menu is in Dutch, so is the order to the supplier, and the talk at the pass is in English. A hygiene folder that only exists in Dutch then instructs the people who could already read it.
The course here lets the employee choose the language on the start screen: English or Dutch. The same questions, the same limits. A chilled delivery at 11°C is still a delivery you reject, whether the sentence says ‘reject it’ or ‘weigeren’.
One link for the whole group
The employer shares one invitation link. Everyone fills in their own name. There is no account per employee, on purpose: seasonal staff do not want yet another password, and you do not want to create them. The places you bought are only used when someone enters the exam. Practising is free, and a fail puts the place back.
The certificate carries the name that was entered. Ask people to write it as on their payslip or ID, not as the nickname on the rota. During an inspection you want to be able to show that those two are the same person.
What a translation does not solve
Someone can pass the test and still accept a warm box the next morning, because the driver is pushing and the chef has already left. Language does not remove the hierarchy. What it does: you can no longer say you never explained it. The copy is in the dashboard, with a date and a number.
How the test is built is described in the course on your phone.
The course itself, with pricing and the test, is on the homepage.
